Special friend and birthday cards

Today i have two cards to share with you. First one was made for Cards & Things Challenge, Color challenge # 108. I used sketch CPS 253 from CPS Card Sketches blog.

 

 The second one, I made for my dad-in-law for his coming birthday. I hope he will like it:)

 

 

Birthday Card

This card was made for using sketch 153 for CardPatterns blog.  I never worked with black paper before, and this is my first try :) i like the combination of black and turquoise:)

I had materials left so i created a second card, smaller size.

 

Vintage card

I made this card for Vintage Cafe Card Challenge, for Challenge # 12 " Blooming Card", used sketch 152 from CardPatterns blog. I'm very pleased with how it turned out:):)
